I’ve noted tangible improvement in outlook, outcomes and approach to my life in all categories – with better coping skills, healthier boundaries, more constructive positive actions for improving health and life outcomes, healthier focus on what’s going well across my life and ways to build on that and improved ways to process or progress areas which may not yet be optimal.
…..it was a really constructive and accessible experience throughout. I liked the way we adjusted the language of the framework in some of the sessions in really difficult weeks, to still focus on coping and constructive things -whilst also not aiming to deny the negative, as that wouldn’t have felt authentic. I also liked how the theory framework of our sessions was made specific to apply to my individual context and circumstances each week and the simple and repeated structure of the sessions, enables me to take away and practice the techniques after the course of sessions.
